With over two decades of experience in IT, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and problem-solving skills to the table. Before moving to Mt. Airy, he spent 21 years as an Enterprise Architect at GE, where he designed and implemented IT infrastructure across global facilities. As a project manager, he ensured seamless software implementations, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. He also honed his troubleshooting skills as a support desk manager, becoming an expert in resolving complex technical issues.
After GE, Adam joined Xerox, applying his skills to help small and mid-sized businesses optimize their IT infrastructure. His years in the corporate world have given him deep technical expertise, but what truly sets him apart is his ability to bridge the gap between IT and business leaders. Whether he’s speaking with an IT professional or an HR manager, Adam has a unique talent for translating complex technology into clear, actionable solutions—ensuring every client feels confident and informed.
With nearly 20 years in education, Lauren brings a wealth of experience in leadership, communication, and problem-solving—key skills that drive success at JennTech. She has worked as a classroom teacher, specialist, and instructional coach, and she currently serves as an educational consultant for a school district in Illinois.
